A Detective who received one too many cases is now being hunted by a serial killer. After receiving a crucial tip he's able to stay a hair's breath away from death, but for how long?
Fun Fact: This is the 3rd Noir film done my Antoine M Dillard. The first 2 being Rise of the Avalanche & Rise of the Avalanche: revenge from the Shadows.
